Welcome to TuliPest. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE IS SOLELY PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN TULIPEST AND ANY PERSON OR ESTABLISHED ENTITY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. PROVIDED INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. ALTHOUGH EVERY REASONABLE EFFORT HAS BEEN MADE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE CURRENT INFORMATION, TULIPEST MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

2. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We value the trust you place in TuliPest. To protect your privacy, we adhere to the following strict data standards:

No Marketing Sharing: TuliPest does not sell, rent, or lease customer information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Internal Use Only: Any information you provide (name, address, phone number) is used exclusively for providing pest control services, billing, and direct communication regarding your account.

Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted service providers solely for the purpose of essential business operations, such as processing payments or storing customer records related to the services provided. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.

Electronic Records: By providing your email address, you agree to receive pesticide application records, service reports, and other required notifications electronically.

3. SERVICE TERMS & PAYMENTS

Access to Property: The customer agrees to provide TuliPest technicians with access to the property and treatment area at the scheduled time of service.

Preparation: For certain treatments, the customer may be required to perform preparatory steps (i.e., unlocking gates, securing pets, etc.). Failure to prepare the property may result in a rescheduled visit and a service fee.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise stated in a specific service contract.

4. SAFETY & LIMITS OF LIABILITY

Chemical Application: TuliPest follows all state and federal regulations for the application of pesticides.

Limitation of Liability: TuliPest is not responsible for any damage caused by pests that occurred prior to the treatment period or as specifically outlined in the individual service agreement contract.

Inaccessible Areas: TuliPest is not responsible for damage in areas that are inaccessible to visual inspection or existing prior to the start of the service agreement.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is provided.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE

By "Opting In" to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from Tuli Pest Control Services LLC, you accept these Terms & Conditions. PLEASE NOTE: THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AS DETAILED IN THE MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

This agreement is between you and Tuli Pest Control Services LLC or one of its affiliates. All references to "TuliPest," "we," "our," or "us" refer to Tuli Pest Control Services LLC, 835 Park Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36106

DEFINITIONS

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our General Terms and Conditions, https://www.tulipest.com/terms, and Privacy Policy, https://www.tulipest.com/privacy-policy, incorporated herein by reference.

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP.
